Amanda Obi's Story

Dr. Gross is an awesome doctor! He takes time to talk and listen to his patients, so they feel comfortable with their treatment plan. Dr. Gross wants patient feedback, to make changes and improve the patience experience. He is very considerate to scheduled appointment times, if he is running late, he will communicate that upon check-in. Dr. Gross has a great bedside manner and genuinely cares about my well-being. His staff are very knowledgeable and patient-centered as well, I feel comfortable talking to anyone in his practice. I am very pleased to have Dr. Gross is my orthopedic doctor and I highly recommend him for orthopedic issues.
